Sicily lost her 1st Tooth a few nights ago before bedtime!
Just in time for the TOOTH FAIRY to drop by and leave something special just for her (in trade for the tooth of course!).
Sicily was so excited come morning to find a $1.00 bill under her pillow!
Way to Go Tooth Fairy :)
If you haven't had a chance to whip up some Salsa Burgers, do it soon!
It's so simple, all you do is:
SALSA BURGERS
1 1/2 lbs. of Hamburger (or ground meat of your choice)
1 C. Salsa
1 t. Minced Onions
Salt & Pepper
Sliced Cheese (optional)
Mix together, form patties (I made 8) and Brown, drain fat and top w/sliced cheese!
YUMMY w/ a SPICY ZIP!!
I served it with Corn Tortilla Nachos w/Salsa & Sour Cream and Canned Corn!
